SHIPPING & RETURNS
The prices below are per order, not per item. Delivery prices may vary due to the product you order, for example Lashes charge £1 for delivery but clothing delivery charges range between £3.99-£5.00. All delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
CURRENT ESTIMATED DELIVERY RATES ARE AS FOLLOWS
UK Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) - £3.50
Europe (up to 10 working days) - £8.00
Ireland (up to 7 working days) - £6.00
We aim to deliver all orders within specified delivery times, however for reasons beyond our control this may, on occasions, be longer.
In the event you order an item which is out of stock when our website has not already informed you that the item is out of stock we will contact you as quickly as possible to notify you.
We reserve the right to cancel any order which is logistically too complicated to deliver and will treat this order as a cancelled order. A refund will be given if any monies have been paid.
return & exchange policy
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.
To be acceptable for return, items should be unused, unopened and have any original seals intact.
All packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.
Any items purchased with a 25% or more discount code or any items in the sale section are considered final sale and will not be accepted for return unless faulty.
All lingerie are non-returnable i.e. swimwear, thongs, briefs and bodysuits for hygiene reasons.
Accessory items such as make-up, nails, lashes, sunglasses and hats are also non-returnable.
Pierced jewellery is also non-returnable.
To ensure we process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please follow the procedure below.
Please contact us by emailing us at 'email@example.com'. Your message should contain the Order Reference Number from your Confirmation Email as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.
Goods must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition.
Please enclose your dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.
Make sure you have proof of postage. (Please note: CML will not be liable for any lost returns, if you do not have proof of postage.)
Please allow up to 14 working days (excludes weekends and public holidays), for action of your return.
Please note: CML will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.
